When developer Nick Sandy wanted to sell his own home over looking the beautiful city of Bath he felt that the conventional estate agents approach wouldn’t do justice to this unique property. He asked us to create an approach that sold not only the bricks and mortar, but also the lifestyle that this spacious house had to offer.
